SORTING, CLEANING & GRADING (SOCGRA)
The green coffee bean’s long journey to become an exquisite brew first begins at the source: Arabica or Robusta green coffee beans from sustainable sources are cleaned, graded and sorted using modern machinery. The preeminent SoCGra step will set the tone for the entire coffee process: Cleanliness must never be rushed.
The coffee bean may have ended its long journey into becoming something more than it once was; but before it can truly become a PT Aneka Coffee Product, it must undergo rigorous testing to prove its calibre.
A certified professional panel of organoleptic coffee tasters congregate to determine the veracity of the coffee product’s character. Trained to exercise a singular prejudice, only the most distinctive and sincere coffees ever pass this stage.
