PT ANEKA COFFEE INDUSTRY
To be a respected industry leader and significant contributor to the grooming of global coffee culture, while fostering professional fulfilment.
We maintain a relevant and evolving company structure as a foundation of sound asset quality. We embrace innovation and enrich the communities and customers we serve, providing quality products that our customers need and creating sustainable value for our stakeholders.
PT. Aneka Coffee Industry (ACI) was established in 1995 as a joint venture company by PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk – Indonesia's renowned commodities processor and exporter; the Itochu Corporation – a distinguished Japanese Sogo Shosha, and PT. Citrabuana Tunggalperkasa – agriculturalists and exporters of fine commodities.
In 1997, the International Coffee Organization (ICO) endorsed ACI’s triumphant ground-breaking of the spray dried instant coffee factory – located at Sidoarjo, East Java – with a production capacity of 3,600 tons of instant coffee and 2,400 tons of ground coffee.
“Remarkable coffee through technological sophistication”
Through the years, ACI continued to adapt and flourish. Business thrived, and the momentum that accumulated gradually over the next 20 years allowed us to expand our capacity to 4,300 tons of instant coffee. With the rapid development of communications and infrastructure, ACI is even more capable of providing the market with its renowned products and services.
“Optimize competency to face the challenges of globalization”
The demand for ACI-proof quality products was in high demand – so high in fact that in 2018 a second factory was underway. Today, ACI remains a leading instant and roasted coffee manufacturer in South East Asia with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of instant coffee and 2,400 tons of ground coffee:
Trust in a legacy that withstood the passage of time
INTERNATIONAL COFFEE ORGANIZATION ENDORSEMENT
Since 1997, PT Aneka Coffee Industry (ACI) is proud to be endorsed by the ICO, a proponent of diversification from excessive dependence on primary-commodities via processing and industrialization: Through close collaborations with coffee organizations, ACI contributes to the significant development of coffee in the South-east Asian region, which partly shapes Indonesia’s primary-commodity driven economy. Consequently, ACI adds to the value-chain by transforming raw coffee through sophisticated industrial processes, thereby generating increased consumerism and consumption. More than just coffee, we believe in nurturing a sustainable culture.
